This is disgusting. If you have the money to build in this price point you have the money to do responsibly. This is a violation of both the natural beauty of this mature neighborhood and the rights of the current residents.

Worthington has maintained a high adherence to it's zoning standards. This is over the top and would surely open Pandora's box.

I live at 117 West New England and I am horrified at what has been done already and what they are planning to do. I absolutely oppose this...it is not a fit for Worthington!

I live at 356 Highgate. From what I can tell there is nothing in the application for this variance that supports a finding of a practical difficulty and I would therefor ask the BZA to deny the request.
