They do not represent an Islamic State; they are a group of society's rejects trying to carve a place for themselves through fear, violence, domination and hate. These were the kids who were too lazy to put in the time that we did- to work hard, establish meaningful relationships, contribute to our communities and keep trying our best despite life's hardships and dissappointments. It was easier for them to form a gang, victimize other peoples to feel superior, and form relationships with other rejects of society to feel like they belong. They did belong, someone cared about them one time, but they were too weak to face life the way we all do, instead accusing us of their hardships and choosing to deny their own weakness by masking it with domination over others. Again- they are society's rejects- cowards, shameless; nurturing and petting eachother to convince themselves they belong and they are right, that they are better than the very truth that they created for themselves.

They do not represent an Islamic State. Please sign this petition to ask the media and our world leaders to stop calling them ISIS or ISIL. Let's give them a new name more fitting- could you imagine hearing the nightly news giving updates about "The Rejects?" If you'd prefer something else, sign your PSYDONYM with DOB and a suggestion. But please, siign to ask the world to stop acknowledging their claim- we do it every time we repeat their self-proclaimed name.
