Don't be affraid to ask questions during your visit to you neurologist. We already know that exercise helps. What else? Nutrition (lack of essential vitamins:B,D,K, OMEGA 3), Environnement (maybe move from city to country for less stress & better air), How can defective Mitochondrias be flushed? Blood transfusion? It is not easy to fight a continuous battle. Let's apply the knowledge we have and live a better life.
