If you knew that you could save 3 million children, 9 million people a year from dying of hunger by giving only 0.1% of your annual income, ($1 of every $1000 you earn), would you give it? If your answer is yes, please sign!

I petition that all First World Government leaders (and leaders of all other able Nations), put a vote to their citizens, seeking to implement a 0.1% World Hunger Relief Tax (WHRT) on personal income. $1 from every $1000 earned will go directly to the United Nations, or other reputable and willing hunger relief organizations, to be used deliberately to fight world hunger. (Ex. Individuals earning $25,000 annually will donate just $25, those earning $50,000 just $50, and those earning $100,000 just $100, etc.)

If voted through, I propose that full disclosure be made available to the public detailing exactly where all money is being spent and what actions are being taken.

I propose that any future, desired amendments to this legislation be voted on by the citizens of each respective, participating nation.

After three years, if no significant improvements have been made to reduce the amount of hunger related deaths, a vote will be had to continue or to end the WHRT.

3 million children, 9 million people are dying needlessly each year. We can end this. Please show the world humanity exists!
