We the undersigned, expect our Leader, Trina Blume to display and respect the Values of the HealthPartners Organization. Excellence, Compassion, Partnership and Integrity should be displayed by all HealthPartners employees, and more importantly, should be the expectations in which all HealthPartners employees are treated. We the undersigned believe we deserve to experience joy in our career, having this joy through the use of our abilities and skills in our daily work. Having this joy to care for our patients with the same values we insist from HealthPartners employees. We wish to enjoy a sense of Wellbeing at work, which does not come to fruition with the unhealthy behaviors Trina displays to staff in the HP Orthopedic Department at HSC 435. We, the staff in the Orthopedic Department at the HSC 435 building are held to these standards. We are held accountable should there be any question a staff member may not have followed the values of HealthPartners. We expect the same for our Leaders at HealthPartners and the Leaders here in Orthopedics. We expect the behaviors of our Leader Trina Blume, to reflect these values as well, in any given situation or interaction with the staff at Orthopedics HSC 435.
