All workers have the right to say what they want about where they work. Whether on facebook, myspace, or in person. It does not harm anybody by doing such. Yet companies are making us sign away our right to free speech. There are many such companies that force employees to sign away their GUARANTEED rights under the constitution. Can anyone tell me how this is legal? More importantly, WHY IS IT LEGAL???
