We wish to took the matter further, seeking leave from High Court to appeal Chief DPP T. E. of Tasmania decision on 13 December 2006 not to proceed with the abuse and steeling charges. The victim do not received acknowledgement for the decision til these days even tho numerous request been sent to the court and relevant offices.
