When in the Course of Education it becomes necessary for one group of students to dissolve the educational bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Freedom, and the pursuit of Education. — That to secure these rights, Schools are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the schools, — That whenever any Form of school becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the Students (and People) to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Educational Facilities, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Educational Facilities long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Educational Facilities, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Students; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Educational Facility. The history of the present System of Education is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these Students. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. We remind you that the fact remains that the constitution is in effect for the entire United States, and does in fact apply in schools as they are subject to United States jurisdiction. [United States Constitution - 13th Amendment: Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime where of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Section 2. Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. ] Faculty cheating pupils of education by giving answers and/or giving answers without explanation, especially during a test.(Therefore, not following standard procedure in teaching, and creating false "Passing-Rates" - or number of students with passing grades...) Teachers permitting access to online games, music, movies, videos, and other inappropriate content on school computers.(Teachers viewing adult content on school computers, with students, during scheduled class time.) Teachers refusing to teach based on students' decision's to talk. (The teachers provoke talking while passing time and allowing students to have conversations both in public and in private) Faculty all participating in slave ring. (often, the Teacher calls the security and/or employee in charge of the in-school suspension program, where physical labor is forced, and bathroom, food, and/or water access is often limited, denied, and/or delayed. These students are often taken arbitrarily (and/or against their own free will) and thus are never duly convicted of their crimes, therefore considering their forced physical labor slavery and/or involuntary servitude) Repeated denial of education by the in school suspension program.(It is required that in school suspension students receive the SAME EXACT SCHOOL WORK they would receive in their normal daily schedule.) Student Failure to comply with illegal demands results in consequences. (Students penalty's threatened and/or increased due to lack of cooperation with demands of slavery and/or forced physical labor) Faculty, along with students participating in inappropriate behavior, during scheduled class time. (entire class periods are wasted, and replaced with games, conversation - which include the faculty member, and/or other pointless/non-educational activities.) Teaching the Constitution, then refusing to enforce and/or allow the enforcement of its rules, regulations, and Ammendments, except when beneficial to the faculty - especially when available as evidence against pupils. Misusing and abusing the power of the Bush Doctrine and the USA PATRIOT ACT, by arbitrarily and/or unrightfully removing students from their daily class schedule(s) by the fact that evidence is unneccesary and not required - in instances where terrorism in in no way implied and/or stated. (students are disciplined on the basis that terrorists are not legally required to have been informed of their suspected crimes and/or punishments.... These are students, these are children, these are the future...not terrorists...) Due to the nature of the situation and crimes as stated above, we (the undersigned) must demand that the entire faculty be re-evaluated and investigated for any possible incompetencies and/or historical errors. We must also request that any teachers with found/reported problems be suspended from teaching either temporarily or permanently - based the specific situation. Finally, to ensure the safety of a better America and a better education system, we demand that students take part in the reformation of the school. (We will, based on a fair percentage, gather students and vote for representative(s) whom which to represent the students of the school throughout the time of reformation, in dealing with the situation. - basically the student reps. will, along with faculty, workout a system where students have power to vote on certain issues concerning them, and for students to report violations by teachers...along with proper disciplinary action being taken against the teacher in question).
