Not only the width restrictions. Please cut back from the road those bushes and tree branches sticking out into the roads in rural areas and wooded roads. They are breaking the wing mirrors of trucks and making truck drivers straddle lanes just to keep off those dangerously sticking woods. Some of them have been sticking out for a very long time now and can cause head on collusion due to lane straddling. An example is the A4145 coming from Rickmansworth to Watford

Far too tight to have 3 spread out, either one row or further distance

There is a need for an urgent review of this accident black spot. The gap between the posts is far to narrow.

Had a car badly damaged on this a few years ago. Every week there seems to be an accident there. It not only holds up traffic but is dangerous for cars coming off the A41

Years ago there was only one bollard then it went up to 3 because people raced through them to get through the lights. Less cars/ vans went through the bus lane at that point. Now it has 3 bollards you have to be more careful. That coupled with the fact that the road surface is pretty awful too is making car/ van drivers take their chance in driving through the bus lane. Which will raise the probability of accidents. So many people have damaged their cars on the 3 posts that something really needs to be done. Go back to one post and put cameras on the bus lane. That will stop the impatient/law breaking drivers.

Longstanding absurd problem since original installation, which demands urgent resolution. Ineffective because oversized vehicles pass through bus lane & less expert drivers cannot work within its tight margins causing traffic gridlock in rush hours. Damaged posts are a hazard to all vehicles. C'mon get it sorted instead of electioneering dialogues that achieve nothing! No wonder you can't resolve Brexit when you cannot resolve this never-ending problem!

Two things need to be done. Police need to moniter the bus lane to stop over sized vehicles using it and the rest of you need to learn to drive. I drive my work van through them at least twice a day. My van is as wide as any 4x4 let alone car. If you can't drive through them I think you should get some more lessons or stop driving!

Posts are too close to the kerb. Remove 4 of the posts on each side, leaving just one each side. The restriction does not deter larger vehicles as they drive through the middle inviting an accident.

It’s a dangerous hazard to motorists causing damage to vehicles. And also making pollution worse by vehicles having to stop start,

Too many accidents the posts are on the edge of pavement and need removing

Its so dangerous with cars vans and lorry's going through the bus lane to avoid damaging their vehicles and I don't blame them. Please rethink it.

My wife has hit the posts when she got a slightly larger car, it is to narrow and see numerous people using the bus lane because it is just too narrow
