Scraped my new car within a week of having it with this stupid width restriction

A single width restriction to stop lorry’s would do the job as well as the 3 barrier one. How about a Bluetooth/radio controlled type of centre post which could be retracted by the bus or emergency services for the bus lane. They have these in London and private residences in London.
Maybe a media campaign with stats and pictures may force the council to act.

Set the metal posts 6 inches in from the kerb as originally intended, cctv job done.

The worst restriction I have ever come across!!! I have damaged my vehicle 3 times and am no longer confident to go through it

This has caused around £600 damage to my car. There are unnecessary!!

There have been too many accidents because of this restriction. The amount of cars affected is ridiculous! The purpose of the restriction was to stop the huge lorries coming down the road but they just went through the middle. Total waste of time.as I have watched the police do nothing

Always see broken glass when passing through so guessing it is not fit for purpose

To scratch our car in a ridicilously tight space is the only option for us when we pass it daily to get to our house

This tests the driver accuracy even at low speeds and has a heavy penalty for any miss by scratching car.

This is far to right soo many people get stuck in it ripping suspension parts off their vehicles as a local recovery worker regularly have to recover people away from this location
