This would bring a necessary increase of jobs to our community and would have a positive impact on our housing market which is failing to recover due much to the lack of commerce in the 120/12 intersection all the way to the 120/Lily Lake intersection. We need to increase the offerings in this particular segment of 120 to encourage more people to move to our area.
