We desperately need this. Lakemoor/Volo area is under served and over taxed. We need to spark development and to have stores to meet the demands of the several new housing developments surrounding 120 and 59. The Wauconda schools also need the tax money.

I have lived in Lake County for the last 22 years and in Lakemoor for the last 10 years. This development is just as much a necessity as the 53 extension to help boost the economic growth in this area. Please do not put a stop to this project.

This is a much needed addition to the area that will serve many people. Please let Woodman's proceed without the interference of the Wauconda districts. Their greed is only going to drive away a business that will make a difference for the better with job opportunities and shopping opportunities.

I would support the woodmans store every week in my grocery shopping! Woodman is such a great place, it would be an asset to lakemoor and mchenry county! I live 20 minutes away and I would drive out if my way to shop here. Please make this work!

The development of this land will benefit all surrounding areas. Wauconda has chosen to develop land with beautiful homes, whose children do not necessarily attend Wauconda schools. It hasn't developed to increase their tax base. In the long run they will receive more money than they currently receive from this parcel of land.

We would like a grocery store in Lakemoor!! It would be nice to see some development in our town. I've lived here for 16 years and have only seen a Thornton's and Walgreens as new construction.

Our schools need the taxes for our children. No TIF, it does not qualify.
