Please do not allow the rezoning request for Case 2098. Woodlawn is a family neighborhood with active families and children and pets enjoying the outdoors. We do not wish to have "neighborhood business" this close to our homes and families. The current "professional business" allows more than enough right behind our backyards.

I respectfully request that the current zoning remain and the petition for change be declined. The character of Woodlawn neighborhood has not changed and there is not a clear community need for another gas station. Thus, the petition doesn't meet the legal standard for rezoning.
