A woman is an adult Human Female. No woman has a penis, no man has a vagina. Non binary doesn't exist there are two sexes MALE and FEMALE.

we need to discuss and vote on this , it is a big step that will change the W.I. that we know and love forever and if the majority want it so be it, but the members must be given the choice .

I am a member quite new 2years and the one I belong to is in Nottinghamshire --when and since I joined I thought I'd dropped on my feet-- so friendly --but now this issue has come-about I feel the need to muster the Ladies as most of then no nothing about this important issue. I wish to become a member of the Women's Declaration I believe we all should have a say in this matter.

I was going to join this year, but not with the 2021 NFWI EDI Policy still in place.
The WI is for women and supporters of women, let's keep it that way.
