I have been working at Wolt since 2 years.
In my opinion it will be fair enough for raising the price per order, 10 kr more

Forgot to add. Those of us riding bicycles also have significant expenses sometimes. Maintenance and repairs. I recently had to spend 620dkk to repair the front wheel and the battery's lock, thanks to an accident.

When you use your own personal experience, as the sole piece of evidence to analyse something involving thousands of people, you're invariably wrong. It's biased, and mathematically mistaken. Since you represent less htan 1% of the experiences out there. This error is known as cherry picking, suppressing evidence, or the fallacy of incomplete evidence.
"Average pay per order is a little over 60dkk." Congratulations. Of the dozens of people I've talked with about this, none of them came even close to that average. Neither do I. I get a 20% of orders reaching that much in a shift. TOPS.
So, your case sounds like an exception thus far. Or can you show me reliable info, where a large amount of couriers make an average like yours?

I also think we should get a bit extra when it's like 3+ flights of stairs.
And when the restaurant is really far away. It's not fair to go like 2km away from downtown, to pick up something that will be delivered 500m away from the restaurant, and thus only get the minimum for that delivery.

You guys are delusional if you think a 10DKK base fee increase is possible or even reasonable. My average pay per order is a little over 60DKK. That would mean an increase of over 16% on the costs Wolt has with couriers. No business can deal with an increase in personal costs of that order. A 10DKK increase would be several times higher than the inflation figure in Denmark and more than double that of the Eurozone. Many Restaurants have been raising their prices and therefore Wolt's revenue has been growing as well, but not by anywhere close to 16%. Not to mention that as prices rise, consumers change their spending habits as well, now they might just order an entrée and skip out on appetizers and desserts for example, keeping the average order price relatively unchanged. We should get a raise YES, but 10DKK base fee increase is ludicrous, a 2/3 DKK is more than enough to keep up with inflation and much more reasonable and feasible.
