WizzAir announced they are opening the route between Eindhoven and Prishtina. It has been a long and draining road but we finally got the result we were fighting for. I am going to take a moment to rest before we see how the first flights roll out.

WizzAir to add a direct route from Eindhoven, Netherlands (EIN) to Prishtina, Kosovo (PRN)

Taking into consideration the fact that is a considerable number of people from Kosovo and Western Balkans countries living, working and studying in Netherlands and Belgium, there is a huge number of flights and passengers whom are eager to have direct flight from Eindhoven (Netherlands) to Prishtina (Kosovo). I am sure that if this direct flight will be developed by WizzAir, it will be in the interest of both parties (WizzAir and Passengers). Though, please support this iPetition to make your life easier, cheaper and widen your life.

The exhaustion of keep pushing this forward is real but I see the numbers climbing. We are nearing the next milestone and it is vital that we keep this momentum alive for the airline to notice us.

There is a need for flight to Rotterdam or Amsterdam from Pristina. I travel regularly international flight, and many times I'm forced to use neighborhood airport to arrive to Pristina due to lack of connection to major cities. This will be a good assistance to Kosovars living in Nederlands and Belgium, same for any connection with KLM flights.

Please add this route as soon as possible. It is soo much trouble finding flights to go to Prishtina. There is a big number of Kosovoars who live and work in Netherlands. This route would make everyone happy.

My colleagues and i, work for both United Nations and EU missions in Kosovo with our families living in the Netherlands (the hague/Amsterdam, etc). We fly home almost weekely to be back at the office the next monday. A direct flight to Eindhoven would make our life easier instead of the usual hops around in vienna/frankfurt/zurich/Lubljana and others city where you spend hrs waiting for your connections; cutting down the flight time frm 6hrs+ to a little less than 3,5hrs. Thanks
