We are asking customers that have witnessed the damage to our flooring to sign this petition as evidence we will present in our case against our landlord. For the span of our lease we have dealt with regular leaks coming from the ceiling that have brought water onto our bamboo flooring. These leaks have resulted in:

-loss of usable space to conduct business.

-our students being put in danger because of uneven flooring and exposed floor boards.

-loss of aesthetic quality of the space.

-direct loss of customers.
