My son is living here and these appalling conditions should be sorted out immediately. He is in a room that is so hot he has to have window open and a fan on permanently. He can hardly ever get his washing done as machines always broken. Asusual the fat cats looking after themselves.

This is our sons first experience of living away from home and he should not tolerate sub-standard conditions just because he is a student. All they ask us for their basic living standards to be met.Shame on you for exploiting these young people!

Cranbourne House, you should be ashamed of your standards and the well being of students living there in these unacceptable conditions, profiteering from youth, a crime in the war, but you get away with it, shame on you.

Absolute disgrace to charge such high prices when the quality is so poor. Heaters not working, showers playing up, no heat detectors in the kitchens which is now a legal requirement to the NIC IEC 17th edition especially in student accommodation .

Issues are constant and this is ridiculous considering the already extortionate price of rent (My loan doesn't even cover the rent)
