With the recent petition to stop airboats on Lake Guntersville I think we will agree with it and also ban Wake Boats and Jet Skis

Scientifically speaking wake boats and jet skis do a considerable amount of damage by eroding shorelines and damaging other vessels that are docked.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Wake boats and jet skis are extremely dangerous and cause damage to the shorelines and ecosystem through erosion!
This muds the waters and cause a lack of phytoplankton which in turn causes a decline in native sport fish.

These boats are a hazard to anyone fishing on the lake. They drive with no regard to idle zone only areas and drive to close to other boats.

Wakeboats have thrown dangerous wakes over my boat traveling with loaded ballasts. I feel when they list to one side they cannot safely see other boats as they wake us or they simply do not care.
