Unsuitable from a safety aspect too close to Claire House and St Johns Hospice.

My dad spent his last days in the Hospice - his room was directly opposite the car showroom. The thought of him having to listen to drunken folk wandering about outside his window at 11pm at night is really unsettling. Please don't let this happen

Totally agree with others comments. This will only cause problems for the hospital and local residents. This is a quiet area. We do not want ti be dusturbed by noise and vehicles all day long. Lets also remember that it is a plsce where you buy alcohol and then these people get into their vehivles to drive away.area

I do not want a Restaurant/Pub to be built where Drayton Motors are, I agree it would be noisy and a nuisance to staff and patients at the Hospice, a deffinate NO

This is not an appropriate site for a pub/restaurant. This location would have a huge impact on the lical hospice where peace & tranquility is a must!!! There are ammenities on site atvthe hospice & clatterbridge hospital! These facilities are enough, there is no need for another restaurant in the area! If this is to go ahead then a percentage donation from the profuts should be made to the hospice, as a gesture of good will! And the opening times should be limited to 10pm.

Please stop this build. The patients at St Johns need a peaceful place to rest, a busy pub could bring disruption at a time when families and their loved ones need calm

Concur with points raised by the hospice. This is too close to a health facility

This goes completely against what the hospice is trying to achieve for people and their families at a very fragile, emotional and sensitive time. It's not appropriate!

People at the hospice want peace and quiet not permanent noise, show some respect and build somewhere else.

A dear friend's mum passed away in this hospice. The idea of a loud pub/restaurant right next door could cause untold extra stress and upset to the patients and their families during the most painful time of their lives.
