TO MY ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE,

Please help protect the 290 million-plus wireless consumers in the US today by supporting The Wireless Tax Fairness Act.

· Wireless taxes are currently double or triple the rate of taxes imposed on other goods and services.

- Studies show that the current wireless taxes and fees account for over 16 % of an average wireless consumer's monthly bill. A number of states are even above the 20% mark.

This legistlation is LONG overdue, and simply places a 5-year moratorium on any new targeted state and local taxes on wireless services.

As wireless customers, we are willing to pay our fair share of taxes, but we feel any additional tax burden targeting us solely because we use wireless technology is unfair.
