We as customers of Windstream in our area are tired of having POOR internet service. As there is no other service available to most of us Windstream is our only option. Although their customer service reps and workers are very friendly and nice, nothing seems to get accomplished when we complain. Most people have said they have over 15-20 drop signals every day. As some of the users work on internet based jobs from home, this is a HUGE problem. We are asking Windstream to step up and increase the availability of some of their faster services (a download speed of 12 mbps and an upload speed of .786 mbps is the most we can get in our areas). The issue as Windstream tells us is that there are too many users pulling on their system....so upgrade the system.
