MS, please make Windows RT free, I have Surface RT and Nokia 2520 and I want use it in desktop mode.

I foresee a costly litigation from tablet manufactures and a loss of a large customer base who switched from Android if there is no update. It is in MS best intrest to open the architecture or allow the win 10 update.
