They have continually shown they are inept at providing services comparable to other neighborhoods in the area. We need more options from other providers. The Monopoly must go.

Having only one provider without competition sounds like a monopoly to me. Last I checked that is illegal.

I need high speed internet for work. It is unfair to have us cornered into a high price slower option, when so many better options are out there.

It's disappointing to not have options. I will be moving as soon as possible because of an issue this silly. My fault for not doing my research, there is zero chance I would've moved here if I had known this prior to my arrival to moving to Texas.Are we in the 21st-century?
