We, the Homeowners of Wilson's Preserve HOA, request the City of Schertz to return our street surfaces to their original condition, that is, asphalt. Recently, our roadways are 'chipped and sealed' which is tar with gravel on top, and are ATROCIOUS. We have tarred rocks all our driveways, garages and some have migrated into our homes. This is DISGRACEFUL and not in keeping with the original neighborhood quality in which we now own homes ranging from $350,000 to $500,000 each for 72 homes. Wilson's Preserve Homeowners were NOT made aware that the City elected to 'save money' by depreciating the value of our properties, and we formally request the City-owned roadways be returned to their original condition, aka, asphalt surfaces.
