T-Mobile has submitted an application for a height variance to allow for a 250 foot cell tower that would be located directly behind the playground at Wilson Elementary School. If this application is granted the cell tower construction will take about three weeks. Cell phone towers have been directly associated with known health hazards & have a detrimental effect on property values for the surrounding community. Please sign this petition if you are against the construction of the cell phone tower at Wilson Elementary School. This petition will be presented to the Rutherford County School Board at the meeting in October of 2008. This is the last chance to stop this cell phone tower.
