As Chester Transportation Center is considered one of Delaware County's major transportation hubs, it should be included as one of the stops along the way to Center City, Philadelphia. I, along with hundreds of commuters, am petitioning SEPTA to allow the Wilmington Newark Regional Rail Express train to stop in Chester, Delaware County, PA in the morning.
