This petition is being prepared to present to the board of SWG POA. The expressed purpose is that the board establish new governing rules which include polling all owners prior to changing dues and voting on budgets. That any increase in dues though approved by the board has to be authorized by 2/3s written vote of the owners and the same is true for an increase in expenditures that is 10% over the previous year. That empty lots will no longer be cut and paid by the POA. Reducing the landscape expense is direct result. Monies left over can be used for other POA projects. Each empty lot that is not cut will be assessed $100 fee to have it cut when the grass is 8" deep or more.
