As a long time Star Trek fan, I would like to see William Shatner appear in the next Star Trek film. Chris Pine is obviously the new Captain Kirk, but I would think the director could work William Shatner in as Kirk's grandfather or cousin, or just an Academy instructor or something, anything. I think it is a shame that he has not been given the opportunity to at least make a cameo appearance in the Star Trek reboot series. So if you agree with me, sign this petition!
