Areas of Willenhall look run down due to the apathy of their owners. Walsall council need to buy these buildings back and renovate them were possible to give the people of Willenhall a more positive environment to live and thrive in. Dereliction in infrastructure leads to poor community spirt and a decline in well-being of Willenhall people

Shame for all that land to go to waste. Saving green belt too.could any materials from these buildings be recycled?
