Rand is the man

In 2004 I came up with the idea of having the presidential candidates of the Green and the Libertarian parties to debate each other because I knew that they would never be invited to the official debates. I arranged for the first debate in NYC during the GOP convention and it was the best thing that those candidates did during that election season. And now this idea is a regular ritual for third party candidates and we all work together better for it. I came up with this idea months ago and I asked Rand Paul recently what he thought of the idea about debating Bernie Sanders and Rand replied: Anytime, anywhere

We in Colorado would welcome a debate between these intellectuals. I would like to see how Rand Paul would shred the Socialist way of thinking and distinguish himself as a constitutional conservative with a real vision for how to make America great again. I Stand with Rand

I want to see the difference between freedom and socialism on display. The slow, ineffective, old socialist model being pummeled into the ground by the forward-thinking freedom movement.

I love this idea. Let's have a real debate between something better than Pepsi vs Coke. These guys share ideological differences that would be a stark contrast to anything we have seen in the past 30 years or so. Let's take the power away from ABC!
