Wileyfox: respond to support requests and honour your warranties
Wileyfox have stopped responding to support requests. This has left many owners of their devices in the lurch, when they have broken under warranty. Due to the complete silence from the Wileyfox support team, many owners of their flagship Swift 2 X devices are out of pocket by over £200.
This is an unacceptable state of affairs and an appaling way to treat your loyal customers who were willing to back a startup.
Even more outrageous is the fact that the Wileyfox marketing machine seems to be quite happy to carry on selling the same devices which are defective. Further cashing in on a product they have no intention of supporting.
