1. Yes 2. Yes 3*. Put a sign that says swim at your own risk and follow the posted rules... then its not on the HOA to impose the rules nor is it anyones fault if there are issues- ZERO liability then. We take our own risk every summer considering we have no lifeguard on duty- the pool is NEVER at capacity and I am not sure why this would be different. Our Governor has been protecting this state and even HE said to open the pools... dont rob summer from these children- they have suffered enough. And furthermore- how dare you make a decision without consulting the community- where are the articles of impeachment for our board... I SAY WE DRAFT THOSE!

I agree that a unanimous vote from the community as a whole should determine our pool outcome and we should have a voice in that decision. We could operate the pool on and “even and odd day” basis to help keep down overcrowding.

Everyone in our Wildwood Community deserves a vote to open the pool. I hope this petition helps. If the pool for whatever reasons does not open, our HOA payments should be lowered until it does.

The closer of the pool is ridiculous. Most of the information around the standards are false. We need to be given the choice to go to our pool that we pay for and expect to be open as promised.
