Bears have been an increasing issue in town, perhaps an ordinance will stop the feeding and protect more lives and property

We need an ordinance to stop irresponsible folks

Please stop the insane danger to wildlife and residents by passing an ordnance prohibiting feeding of bears

This is long, long overdue. It is time for our town officials to take this seriously. Education alone hasn't worked. There needs to be serious consequences to mitigate this serious problem.

This needs to stop. People are hurting over helping. Bears are all arround granby. Not one summer gone by that I haven’t seen some. I personally live on mountain road and shouldn’t have to worry about hitting a bear because people are feeding them near me!! Oh it’s so cool to guide them into dying! People don’t look at animals as important? Well they are. But let’s take a look at the face people can die! Not that any of it is less important then the other.

Hard to believe we need an ordinance to stop people intentionally feeding bears but it appears we do, so let’s pass one and stop this dangerous practice.

I respect all wildlife, it pains me to see any animals getting injured, relocated, or killed because of people intentionally feeding the bear in CT.

Please pass this proposal. The feeding of bears puts the bears and all of us in danger.
