Whereas, Wesley L. Marshall, 9 S. Dover Street, Bonne Terre, MO is well known by the undersigned and is a respected property owning citizen. He has always shown himself to be a kind-hearted, gentle, trustworthy, hardworking union member, and respectful of everyone he comes into contact with.

We, the undersigned, petition the court: that we believe the charges against Wesley DO NOT represent what his personal characteristics are, as we know them to be. Wesley has had to deal with changing jobs due to the pending charges and has worn the GPS around his ankle for 20 months. We, the undersigned, fully support Wesley and have faith that the court will show leniency and rule for probation in his case.
