Totally unfair. We have a shorter boat as thats all we can afford so to put up oyr costs will price us out. We take up less space at moorings and only access a small percentage of the network due to width and height restictions....CRT you are a disgrace.

A flawed consultation process leading to an unfair result

looks like I'll have to buy a canoe. There aren't many cruisers under 7 feet wide. another idea to create revenue.

Totally unfair to widebeams. This will drive people away from the waterways.

Totally unfair, I live on a narrow boat, but I can take it anywhere!

Why? There’s no reason why a few feet wider makes a difference.

Haven’t cruised for 5 years due to so many people living in the river can’t get mooring space anywhere nice. Still have to pay river license to be on water (in the marina)

A wide boat costs CRT no more than a narrow boat, so should pay no more.

Only able to use 30% of the system but have to pay for the other 70%

I support this Petition because the CRT Licence increase only applies to widebeam boats, and not all craft using our canal system and therefor is unfair, unjust and minority focused

Why should a wide beam boat pay more than a narrow boat, the license fee supports the whole network part of which widebeams cannot use, so in my opinion I think this is unfair

just driving more people from the waterways, we are priced to the limit, putting prices up will in fact give them less money, another british company run by people with very little business sense

This is very unfair as thay can only use part of the waterways

Why should we pay more, 27 foot by 9 foot 6 and they're wanting to increase costs! How dare they, if one gets increased, so should the next, what about people with 62 foot narrow boats, they take up more room than me, why should they get away with it, in fact why make such increases in the 1st place? Rant over

We already pay the same as narrowboats for access to fewer waterways to pay more is unfair.
