Beam does not increase CRT cost. Beam does massively restrict my navigation .
This is the majority seeking to abuse there position and get a subsidy from the minority.

Widebeams already have resticted navigation due to narrow locks and waterways. If we use less of the network, how is it that we're going to be charged more than those who use it all?!

Many years ago you spoke of opening up the network with wider locks that never happened we have limited places to go yet you implement a raise Please tell me how this is justified ?

I have only the River Weaver to cruise no CART connection at all to the other waterways I should be paying less not more

I feel that the levy placed on wider vessels to be grossly unfair and totally at odds with the claimed objects of the consultation. Mob rule springs to mind.
