I do not consent for men to enter into womankind. Women want, need and deserve single sex spaces and groups. Men must respect women. Women must respect and value themselves, not obey the unreasonable demands of men.

I fully support the WI in retaining a women only organisation. Trans-women as the name confirms are not women. Keep the WI, not the T-WI.

I was thinking of joining my local WI but won't if it remains as a mixed sex organisation. Due to traumatic events in my past I am only comfortable being a part of exclusively female groups and would not feel safe physically or emotionally sharing opinions and information in a group with males. Also, has the WI completely forgotten about women of certain religions who need single sex spaces? It appears so, which excludes whole groups of women.

Can nothing be women's? I am appalled that WI has decided to include men in their membership. An institution such as this should understand why it is important to have women only spaces. Sex matters!
