My biggest concern is where the proposed bypass intersects with Highway 11. This is prime farming land which is a major resource for SK. Once removed from the economy gone forever.

I pay taxes I have a right to know. Our hospitals are filthy because of lean program and our specialist need upgrades to help save lives. Again we are being duped by a government. What's knew????

Tower Road is not far enough East of regina for the bypass. The Diverging Diamond will cause nothing but confusion and needless accidents!

Connecting to "old 16" by extending the No.1 highway straight east from it present location to just North of Richardson and then on to join the No.1 just east of White City would require a very minimum of additional land purchase. Building a completely new highway 2km south of the city should be scrapped completely because it adds enormously to the distance travelled and requires huge amounts of additional land purchases.
Wait and see... many people won't even use the road once it is built. 'coz it just adds several useless miles to the trip from South Regina going south-east to 33 and 48.
All those people now using highways 33 and 48 would have a direct "fast" connection to all the towns located south-east of the city.
I can't believe that anyone could see the slightest merit in using the completely new highway south of the city.
INCOMPREHENSIBLE.!!!!!!!

20% of Sask-Tel was sold to a friend of Brad Wall for $12 million. That was the tower's and the stransfer building beside the tower. The friend then sold just the tower's off for $24.5 million making a $12.5 million dollar profit out of that deal. Brad Wall's next adventure was to sell 20% of Sask-Energy to Northern Ontario Power with the understanding that once they built the gas turbine electric power plant at North Battleford. He then wrote in the contract they would produce all the power from this plant with the only exception that during peak usage then the Diefenbaker Dam would kick in. He knew very well at the time that because the price of natural gas would be going up they would request an increase in power charges to everyone in the Province. We were to start paying buy the end of 2016 for power anywhere from $129-$159 per month. The fortunate thing for us was the fall of the price of oil and gas. Those are the two main things he has done so far. Should he get elected again his next attack will be the Crown Lands being sold off. His plan is to sell all the Crown Lands off around the Reserves to private people and businesses because in 2023 all the Treaties Expire on the Prairies.
