It must not proceed where they currently have it at tower road. Pure idiocy!

The bypass in the east should originate just west of the junction of highways 1 & 46. This will encourage through traffic from highways 1, 10 and 46 to route around Regina while discouraging commuter traffic from using it due to its distance from the bedroom communities of Emerald Park, White City and Pilot Butte and the east end of Regina. The more Eastern location for the bypass will also drastically reduce the amount of traffic in the high collision corridor between Balgonie and the east edge of Regina, limiting it to local traffic only.

We drive to Regina often and when I see how the city is growing I shake my head and ask, "how can they think that the Tower Road is a safe solution.
