I believe this should be moved further outside the city limits, as tower road is still too close for the bypass.

This does nothing to mediate the traffic safety issues of commuting for the residents of Balgonie, White City, Emerald Park and Pilot Butte!

A bypass in city limits just does not make sense. If Brad Wall lets this goes it sure doesn't look good for political future in this province. Very disappointed with his performance on this major event.

The bypass should not just on the edge of the city.

bypass should be located at Pilot Butte turnoff where traffice is already excessive...kill 2 birds with one stone

Residential housing is being built right up to Tower road. Like within feet away! I'm all for a bypass but should be further out of the city!!!!!

Yes I agree this bypass needs to out by pilot butte. This rout will not deter trcuk traffic along victoria street. As for the diamond interchange I had the opportunity to drive one in Sartell MN this past month and I like the way it kept traffic moving. That one actually makes sense o me.

This is a short sighted, short term solution. much like the Ring Road, which never did bypass anything, this proposal cuts through the city. 40 years ago there was talk about a bypass going from #1 & Albert S. to between White City & Balconies. "Bypassing" the city, as it should.

A bypass west of Balgonie will not resolve traffic volume or safety issues.
