Hi all, I'm just here to say that the beep test is an unfair measurement of students fitness - by all means, make us run laps around an oval instead, because this means we can go at a pace that suits everyone else's fitness levels, heights, weights and mental health. However, the beep test makes us run faster and faster at an increasing speed until we can no longer go on; resulting in many people becoming ill from over exertion.
