why do i pay a TV licence when they advetise thier own programmes and have to watch them for over 3 minutes at times when i should be going from one programme to the next without any break in between is this not what we pay our TV licence for for, to me it is advertising, albeit thier own programmes, ITV etc dont charge us to watch thiers so i cannot complaion, but the BBC to me is flaunting the whole purpose of why we pay this yearly fee,
