I strongly believe that Google should allow citizens younger than 13 to be able to create a Google account. There is no reason that anyone younger than this age shouldn't be able to make an account because their is nothing harmful in their way. For example, personally, I like interior design and house remodling, so I keep all my files and pictures in my google drive. One of my favorite hobbies was ruined when a page popped up saying that I was no longer allowed on google drive because of my age. I needed credit card info or an id to confirm my age. I believe that Google is a very safe and reliable site, and that users should be able to save and store files on a drive. There is nothing inappropriate in Google drive, it is just a place to store pictures or files.. People may have hobbies or activities that they want to save, but Google wouldn't let them store it because they don't reach the age limits. This is one of the very many reasons why people under 13 should be allowed to own a Google account
