Bring permanent sanitary restrooms to WHS stadium!

Budget cuts over 20 years ago eliminated restrooms from the original Westview stadium design. It is well past time to add these facilities to our stadium; for our WHS community, the visitors we host, and the multitude of organizations using our fields. The Beaverton School District has paid for the same facilities for over 20 years - Porta Potties.

We would like to see a more permanent, sanitary solution for our beloved Westview stadium and those who fill it each year for a multitude of events like football, soccer, track & field, cross country, lacrosse, band, softball and baseball.

We have a great opportunity to work with BSD and let them know our concerns but we need to hear from YOU! Please consider showing your support by signing the online petition to be presented to District Superintendent Don Grotting and Deputy Superintendent Carl Mead in April 2017 at a meeting to discuss solutions to this problem.

• Westview High School is the 3rd largest high school in Oregon
• Westview is the ONLY high school in BSD without permanent restrooms
• In over 23 years, nothing has been done to provide a permanent restroom solution
• The new high school opening Sept 2017 will serve fewer students than WHS but WILL have a fully functioning restroom with flushing toilets for it's Maverick Community and it's guests.
