A large body of data has been accrued in many countries that had access to the Sputnik V vaccine, whereas western companies were serving only a handfull of privileged high income nations. WHO should spell out the real reasons for disdaining some vaccines not produced by western pharmaceutical companies and approving others without detailed explanations
