Everyday a child is molested by someone they know. Most of the time it is kept secret. Those rare cases that make it to court turn out to get a slap on the wrist and are released back into society, when it has been PROVEN that almost 100% of offenders will repeat their crime. Stiffer sentencing is given to crimes that have NO VICTIMS..such as theft. Our children, who trust us to protect them are getting the short end. It's time to fight for our children and fight for tougher sentencing for pedophiles.
