This is a petition to sign in hopes of changing McPherson Place in Jersey City to Whitey Murphy Way. As we all know John "Whitey" Murphy has done so much for the city of Jersey City, the county of Hudson County and for residents of Hudson Gardens. Family and friends of Whitey Murphy are now banding together to repay this great man by renaming a street after him in his honor. If you feel that McPherson Place should be renamed Whitey Murphy Way please sign this petition. To make this dream come true for the Murphy family we need as many signatures as possible.
