I have been driving ten hours to hunt whitetail deer and spend about 1000 dollars in the north idaho area . The first year saw lots of nice bucks 5 years later in 2017 never saw a buck bigger tan a fork horn and ate my tag!!! Sad that some one that is paid to manage wildlife only cares about selling tags then when asked says well idaho is a opportunity state

I believe that northern Idaho and panhandle hunting areas all need a regulation such as this one for deer repopulation. A lot of out of town hunters come to our areas because of the longer hunting season.

One tag each, no option to buy out of state tag as an extra and limit the extra doe tags available.

The units 8, 8A and 5 could use a closure as well

Couldn't agree better with this petition. The mature buck population is really low.

They disappeared from our property which is about 30 -45 min south of the Clearwater about 10 or so years ago! Was told it was the mule deer that were driving them out but when the other is being over hunted of course the mulies will move in.

Heck with the revenue, I would rather have a good deer population of mature deer for generations to come!!

there has been a shortage of decent bucks teh last several yearss ,granted I cannot get around like I use to but I was a antler buyer in northern Idaho in these units and can attest to th demise except the inbreeds in the city limits
This is a very good idea.
This needs to happen
Either this or kill them all til nothing left
This is just what we need!
