We call on the planning committee of the Vale of Glamorgan Council to refuse planning application 2010/00123/RES for the building of houses and roads on land known as White Farm. We are concerned that: * The number of houses proposed is too many for this green field site. * The flooding impact this development will have on Lundy Park and Oakfield/Gwaun y Nant schools and the surrounding area. * The amount of extra traffic which will be generated at the junctions of Winston Road and Whitewell Road.
